Shipping

Orders ship within 1-3 business days from my studio in Rhinebeck, NY. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way. Once your package is with the carrier, shipping times vary from 2-7 business days.

For local customers pickup is available. You will be contacted to schedule a day for pickup when your order is ready.

Returns

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please email me at support@stokedmud.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

To initiate a return please contact me before shipping the item back. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Once I have received the item in it’s original condition, I will issue a refund in the original form of payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact me immediately with any issues so that I can make it right.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will be emailed at the time your refund is processed. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
